Monthly Healing Circles

There’s no doubt these are very challenging times in the world and sensitive empathic folk are feeling all of this deeply with so much coming up for everyone. Sensitive souls have many gifts of compassion and clear seeing to help in the world but we need to find our balance and calm first.

That’s why I decided to hold a free monthly healing circle. With all the heaviness around us, I do know that in the amazing realm of spirit there are powerful and loving helpers ready to offer their support and guidance at this time. We are not alone in all of this! 

Coming together to receive healing in community is a powerful act of self-care.

The healing circle meets every month on Zoom on Saturday morning (most frequently the 4th Saturday). We gather at 10 am (MT – US time)

The call is 30 minutes long, beginning with hellos, followed by 20 minutes of silent healing during which I work with all of our beautiful spirit guides and angels to bring help to everyone attending. There is time at the end for me to share any messages from spirit I received during the healing as well.

I invite attendees to bring anything for healing. It might be something you or a loved one is struggling with right now – a physical illness, a hard situation, relationship or financial hardship. There is nothing too big for our spiritual helpers to tackle!

I also invite each person to bring a word, a quality they would like to embody more in their life. We don’t share these out loud but hold it as part of our intention for the gathering.

I and others have found these healings a deeply peaceful, and centering space.
